- Greek yogurt is considered great for a variety of reasons. It is typically higher in protein and lower in sugar than regular yogurt, making it a good choice for those looking to maintain a balanced diet.
- Erythritol (sugar substitute) - if you know the conversions for a different sugar substitute feel free to use that!
- Cinnamon - is a spice that comes from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum.

How to Make Caramel Cinnamon Rolls
Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Combine flour and Greek yogurt inside a mixing bowl and blend until ingredients have formed.
Recipe Tip: If your dough still feels a little sticky, sprinkle flour onto dough until it feels solid and easy to separate.
For larger caramel rolls cut the dough into 4 equal pieces.
Step 3: Next, coat the cutting board with flour and lay the dough out on the cutting board. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to form a rectangular shape. (You can do this on a cutting board or clean work surface)
Step 4: Spritz the dough 15 times with butter spray. Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon and sugar.
Step 5: Roll the dough up so you have a long tube.
Step 5: Cut the dough evenly into 8 equal pieces. Place the cinnamon rolls into an 8 inch cake pan and bake in the oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Take them out of the pan and pour 2 tablespoons of the sugar free caramel sauce over the cinnamon rolls. Enjoy!

I can’t get my phone to do five stars only lets me choose 1, they are all over lapped — the stars are not matching the numbers- I love the recipe, I love sweets and this helps with the wants.

Sorry to hear that but that is what 2 ingredient is.

I followed the recipe exactly. Mine came out kind of like a cross between a biscuit and a bagel... kind of a weird heavier texture than a regular cinnamon roll without the pull apart layers. The caramel topping helped sweeten it, but felt they were a little flat tasting. But.... also realize these don't have the huge amount of calories and fat as a regular one!!! I think this was a great, creative idea though!!!
